Gray Wolf Information Technologies offers four main service options:

1. Basic Services - Reactionary short term assignment helping clients without a service agreement solve a software or hardware related problem. Includes both emergency and non-emergency technical assistance under our Standard Service Level Agreement.


2. Service Agreement - Regular monthly services at preferred client rates. We have service agreements available for both residential and business clients. Preferred clients enjoy the benefit of reduced rates and have priority status as defined under our Preferred Service Level Agreement.  Some of the services that we offer to our Preferred customers include:

Businesses (3+ PCs / Servers)
   Service Level Agreement
   Annual IT Audit
   Quarterly planning sessions
   Dedicated Project Manager
   Priority response for emergencies
   Access to our network of local I.T. partners and contractors
   Preventive system and network maintenance
   Software and hardware upgrades

Residential (1 - 2 PCs per agreement)
   Service Level Agreement
   Dedicated Project Manager
   Priority response for emergencies
   Access to our network of local I.T. partners and contractors
   Preventive system and network maintenance
   Software and hardware upgrades
3. Project - This will include such things as consulting on major purchases, system / network installation and testing, and major disaster recovery.


4. Bulk Hours - Our customers can save money by purchasing blocks of hours that are able to be used when needed.  We offer flexible payment options and a generous rollover policy that allows for the maximum benefit to our customers.  Services provided under the Bulk Hours plan are subject to our standard Service Level Agreement
