Our mission is our guiding purpose. We spent many days and hours in careful consideration of the specific details we wanted to be in our Mission Statement. We have very strong convictions in terms of integrity, financial responsibility, and customer satisfaction. Our Mission Statement needed to reflect that.

We understand first and foremost that our customers are the reason we are in business, and our Mission Statement needed to reflect that.

We value our service, and we believe very strongly that our service must have Value, and our Mission Statement needed to reflect that.

We feel that too often in the service industry, customers are left "holding the bag" by being forced to deal with sub par customer interaction, low grade support, and little to show for their investment. We know that we must set ourselves apart from the "norm". We must be something better. We must be Above and Beyond.

We feel that we have captured the core of what we want to provide in those three words -- Above and Beyond. We feel that so strongly that we built our Mission Statement around it. For us, Above and Beyond isn't just a concept or an idea.  It's a way of thinking, it's a way of interacting with our customers, it's a way of providing service, and it's a way of doing business. If we aren't going Above and Beyond, we want to hear about it!
